ST30

Si tu trouves du ST40, c'est compatible mais tu n'auras plus la température.

The ST30 Speed and Depth transducers will operate with ST40 instruments. The only modification that must be made to the system involves the addition of a 10k OHM resistor to the rear of the ST40 Speed or Bidata displays. This is done to compensate for the lack of a temperature sensor in the ST30 series transducer.

With the 10k OHM resister in place, the ST40 instrument will always display a water temperature of 70 degrees fahrenheit (21 degrees celsius.) If the ST40 display does not see resistance across the temperature circuit, it assumes that there is no transducer present, and will read neither speed nor temperature.

The 10K OHM resistor should be attached across the brown and white terminals on the speed transducer connection. The resistor can be procured at any local electronics shop.
